2. How an Order Is Placed and Confirmed

Orders may be placed through our website, by email, or by telephone. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase our presentation design services on the basis of these Terms.

3. Prices, Payment and What Is Included

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise in your quotation.

4. Cancellation and Complaints

4.1 Cancellation

If you are a consumer contracting with us at a distance (for example, ordering through our website or by email), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of confirmation, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless we have already begun work on your presentation with your express agreement, in which case you may lose this cancellation right or be liable to pay for work already carried out.

To cancel, please contact us at info@fepeli.click stating your order details. Any deposit paid may be refunded in part or in full depending on the work already completed at the time of cancellation.

4.2 Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@fepeli.click with details of your order and concern. We will investigate all complaints promptly and aim to propose a resolution, which may include revisions, a partial refund, or other appropriate remedy, within 14 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales or Scotland, as applicable.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data, arising from the use of our services.
